villa encantada

Nestled in the peaceful hillside community of Buena Vista, just minutes from the heart of Los Barriles, Villa Encantada captures the magic of the East Cape: the light, the sea, and the slow rhythm of Baja life. From its elevated perch, the villa looks across an endless horizon of turquoise water by day and a sky filled with stars by night. It is a place where mornings begin with coffee and sunrise colors over the Sea of Cortez, and evenings unfold around the firepit or the glow of the infinity pool. Set on a 2,000 m² lot, this six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath villa was designed for comfort and effortless living. The main home welcomes you with airy open spaces, rich wood cabinetry, and arched windows framing ocean and mountain views.
